
To check the status of your repair from start to
finish through our website, please
use our online repair status system. Here's how:
1. Click the "Repair Status" button below (you must use the Internet Explorer web browser)
2. Click on the "Customer" link in the upper left corner of the page.
3. Type in your RO # and password (usually the first 3 letters of your last name)
4. Click on the blue arrow.
You will then be taken to your repair status screen.
Messages and Documents:
1. You can send a message to the shop estimator by clicking on the “Send a Message” tab, typing in your message, and clicking send.
2. You can also view documents related to your repair (if any) by clicking the “View Attachments” link.
